Total for this one: 18" and still counting! The pictures tell the rest of the story. To get an idea of the accumulation, look at the pole sticking up out of the snow and compare it to the previous post. Before this started, a lot of melting had taken place; so most of what you see is from yesterday and last night.
As I post this, more snow is blowing in. It doesn't just fall--it arrives horizontally!
